Registration and fees

Register early as the number of participants is limited.
 
Conference fee includes registration fee, accommodation on the boat, meals on the boat and excursions during the trip.
 
If you have requested a short talk option your abstract will be evaluated and decision made after May 15.
 
To present a poster, please submit an abstract within the registration form. Limited amount of abstracts will be selected for a short talk. Poster Board spaces allow for A0 format (1189 x 841 mm).
 

Limited number of travel grants for students and postdocs are available. Grants will be given based on selection by the organizing committee. The amount is 350 Eur per grant. To apply, please upload an abstract to your registration form and send the letter briefly describing the reason for the support request to vsevolod.belousov@gmail.com. Please use "EMBO travel grant request" in a subject line of your e-mail. Abstract and poster are mandatory to receive travel grant. The money will be transferred after the meeting.

 

Six travel grants are reserved exclusively for participants of any nationality working in laboratories in EMBC Member States, EMBC Associate Member States and co-operation partner countries.

*Guests are not allowed to participate in the scientific part of the conference, however all meals and excursions are included in the guest fee.

Attention! Registration is considered to be completed only after receipt of money on the Bank account of the official Technical Secretariat. Booking of the selected cabin type is fully confirmed only after the payment.

 

Registration procedure

Step 1: Click on the «Online registration» button. Fill in your name, last name, e-mail and telephone.

Note: Please, make sure that your e-mail is written correctly. The system will automatically send you an e-mail that will contain your login and password of your personal account.

Step 2: Carefully read User agreement and accept it.

Step 3: Click on the «Register» button.

Step 4: An automatic letter with a login and password to your personal account will be sent to your e-mail. If you did not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat of Russian Redox Meeting (info@redoxrussia2017.org).

Step 5: Fill in your personal information. Click on the «Next» button - you will get your personal account.

Note: We guarantee the safety of your personal data. However, during the preparing of conference materials and services, we will use the information that was provided by participant. Please, pay attention to the correctness of the data during the filling in the registration form, submission of abstracts and ordering services.

Payment procedure

  1. In your Personal Account in the «Payment» section press the button «Add payer»
  2. Choose the type of payer (individual person or legal entity)
  3. Fill all the required fields in payer and address information
  4. In the «Payment» section mark your registration fee and click on the «To pay chosen services»
  5. Then, you can choose a payment method – by invoice or credit card.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellations before February 16, 2017 – full refund

Cancellations after February 17, 2017, but before March 31, 2017- 70% refund

Cancellations after April 01, 2017, but before May 17, 2017- 40% refund

No refunds will be provided for cancellations after May 17, 2017

Refunds will be processed after the Conference, minus bank fees and overheads.
